"2014-06-12T16:43:28+01:00"
Does not work because milliseconds are dropped, the regex need to be revised in this case
Example (SenchaTouch formatter output):
Ext.DateExtras.format(new Date(), 'c')
"2014-06-12T16:54:43+02:00"
