Feedback III Reflection

What are you doing well as a pair programmer and collaborator?

I'm good at listening to other's ideas, leading by example in working hard, and pushing through the rough spots by staying positive.

How do you use your strengths as a team member?

I stay positive and encouraging. I also make sure that the work gets done.

How would you like to continue to develop your strengths?

I mainly want to be a better programmer so that I can get things done more quickly and spend less time getting stuck. I also want to continue to learn how to leverage other people's abilities to benefit the project.

What would you like to improve on as a teammate?

I want to get better at using other people's talents for the good of everyone. I want to get the most out of each individual in my group.

How would you like your teammates to see you?

I'd like the to see me as a person who is easy to get along with and who works hard. Those are the main things.
