@scottwakefield ah, I didn't know about the different modes, how did you setup the new keybinding?
I just added this in my user key bindings file:

Are you using word mode or character mode?
It works if you use character mode. I had to setup another keybinding for it though as the default of
super+shift+'didn't work for some reason (perhaps conflicting with another package).
