Simplize Vue's template refs, make it work with IDE suggestion & compiler

Purpose: Make Vue's template ref (https://vuejs.org/guide/essentials/template-refs.html) more typescript friendly, make IDE suggestion and compiler validator better

Create a file name useRefs.ts in your utils/helpers directory

import { reactive } from 'vue'

export const useRefs = <T extends object>() => {
  const refs = reactive<T>({} as T)
  const toRef = (refName: keyof T) => (el: any) => ((refs as T)[refName as keyof T] = el)

WARNING: Article moved to separate repo to allow users contributions: https://github.com/raysan5/custom_game_engines

A couple of weeks ago I played (and finished) A Plague Tale, a game by Asobo Studio. I was really captivated by the game, not only by the beautiful graphics but also by the story and the locations in the game. I decided to investigate a bit about the game tech and I was surprised to see it was developed with a custom engine by a relatively small studio. I know there are some companies using custom engines but it's very difficult to find a detailed market study with that kind of information curated and updated. So this article.

Nowadays lots of companies choose engines like [Unreal](https:

In Unity 2019.1 Unity added a new custom EditorTool API, heres some example code showing some tools we could make with it!
using UnityEditor;
using UnityEditor.EditorTools;
using UnityEngine;
[EditorTool("LookAt Tool")]
public class LookatTool : EditorTool
{
GUIContent cachedIcon;
// NOTE: as were caching this, unity will serialize it between compiles! so if we want to test out new looks,

Having trouble finding the right property on a component cos theres just so many identical looking fields? Add some color to you inspectors! mark important property with a bright color so it always stands out, or supply a validation function so highlights show on values that would effect the current ingame logic!
// NOTE DONT put in an editor folder
using UnityEngine;
public class HighlightAttribute : PropertyAttribute
{
public HighlightColor Color;
public string ValidateMethod;
public object Value;

StatsBar property drawer for Unity~ Add a [StatsBar] attribute to a property to make it draw a lil bar, really useful for visualizing character stats like Health or Mana.
// NOTE DONT put in an editor folder
using UnityEngine;
public class StatsBarAttribute : PropertyAttribute
{
public string valueMax;
public StatsBarColor color;
public StatsBarAttribute(string valueMax = null, StatsBarColor color = StatsBarColor.Red)
