# BusyBee Pocket Diary Support
Thank you for using BusyBee Pocket Diary.
BusyBee Pocket Diary is a local-only personal organizer for managing categories, notes, monitoring logs, weekly timetable slots, and personal events on your iPhone.

Please do not send sensitive personal diary content unless it is necessary to explain the issue.
## Common Questions
### Do I need an account to use BusyBee Pocket Diary?
No. BusyBee Pocket Diary does not require account creation or sign-in.
### Where is my data stored?
Your categories, notes, monitoring logs, timetable entries, and events are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData storage framework.
### Does BusyBee Pocket Diary sync to the cloud?
No. The current version is local-only and does not provide app-managed cloud sync.
### Does BusyBee Pocket Diary collect analytics or tracking data?
No. BusyBee Pocket Diary does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking.
### How do I protect access to the app?
BusyBee Pocket Diary can use Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode through Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Biometric checks are handled by iOS. BusyBee Pocket Diary does not receive or store biometric data.
### How do I remove my data?
You can delete entries inside the app where available. You can also remove the app from your device to remove its local app container data, subject to normal iOS backup behavior.
### Can I create my own categories and logs?
Yes. BusyBee Pocket Diary is designed around user-created categories and custom monitoring logs. You can use it for goals, paperwork, chores, routines, hobbies, health tracking, study plans, or other personal organization needs.
### Can I use reminders?
Yes. Events can be created with reminder options when needed. Reminder delivery depends on your iOS notification permission settings.
## Privacy
BusyBee Pocket Diary is designed to keep your organizer data on your device.
The app does not:
- Require an account
- Collect personal data
- Use analytics
- Include advertising
- Track you across apps or websites
- Send your organizer content to a developer server
## App Store Review Notes
BusyBee Pocket Diary does not require reviewer sign-in credentials. If the app asks for Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode, use the device authentication prompt to unlock the app.
## Future Updates
Future versions may add more organizer features based on user feedback. If features such as cloud sync, account login, sharing, widgets, or Siri shortcuts are added later, the privacy policy and support information will be updated before release.
