mouse-cam is a personal, single-user application written and operated by its author for use with the author's own Google Nest cameras. It is not offered, distributed, licensed or made available to any other person, and there is no hosted service to sign up for.
Use of the application is limited to its author. No other party is granted any right to use it.
The application accesses only the author's own camera devices, under the author's own Google account authorisation, and stores all data on hardware the author owns. See the privacy policy for details.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In no event shall the author be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or its use.
Authorisation may be withdrawn at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
