Ok, I found the problem, openssl version can't be 1.1. I successfully installed it using the commands in the dev.to article

thanks. But it not works.
But I noticed that on my MacBook air 2020 M1 it successfully compiled without any changes.
But on my work computer, the MacBook Pro M2, it broken.
