Error on hl.co.uk

I have been attempting to sign up for an HL SIPP, and I cannot proceed past https://online.hl.co.uk/apply/account-application/account/70/personal-details due to errors on this page.

This is an error report that needs to be passed on to your developers. It is preventing me from being able to access your services and start an account.

Details:

Web browser: Firefox

Steps:

I am not logged in to hl.co.uk as I don't have an account yet.
I followed the link on https://www.hl.co.uk/pensions/sipp/apply-now and arrived at https://online.hl.co.uk/apply/account-application/account/70/personal-details
After filling out the form and pressing 'Continue', nothing happens, no error is shown on the screen.

In the Web Developer console, this error is logged:

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://dpm.demdex.net/id?d_visid_ver=4.5.2&d_fieldgroup=AAM&d_rtbd=json&d_ver=2&d_orgid=1B4022CE52783F160A490D4D%40AdobeOrg&d_nsid=0&d_mid=79829109059035935444432027490385116679&d_cid_ic=AdobeCampaignID%0112527641%011&ts=1708439439168. (Reason: CORS request did not succeed). Status code: (null).

This first error may be related to Firefox's tracker protection. So I disabled this, and tried the whole process again.
The second time, I still get an error in wth Web Dev console:

400 Bad Request: POST https://online.hl.co.uk/apply/account-application/ajax/residency-tax-status
