ssh-keygen -e -m PKCS8 -f git_rsa.pub > git_rsa.pem
# encrypt
openssl rsautl -encrypt -pubin -inkey git_rsa.pem -in message.txt -out message.enc
# decrypt
openssl rsautl -decrypt -inkey git_rsa -in message.enc
