Training

  1. Conduct a mock interview (with simon)
  2. Simon asks targeted questions to uncover your story and skills, covering:
    • Competencies, interests, expectations, and salary goals
    • Objective: craft the ideal CV
  3. Iterate CV drafts until it’s flawless ~1 week
  4. Apply to entry-level companies (3–4 weeks)
    • Training through all interview stages: recruiter, HR, CTO, and team
    • Complete the full application and interview cycle
    • Continuous feedback with me & Simon, including salary negotiation coaching and performance analysis
    • Objective: Develop strong negotiation skills and understand your market value
  5. Apply to best companies in Europe
    • You are certified Team & Project manager (after 5-6 weeks)
    • You are familar with common tools/technology (jira/crm/excel)

Your Certificates

Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM)

  • Cost: ~$350
  • Duration: Approximately 1 week
  • Widely recognized certification requiring in-person or live virtual training
  • Level: Entry (no prior experience necessary)

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) – PMI

  • Cost: ~$300
  • Duration: 6–10 weeks (recommended daily commitment: 60–90 minutes)
  • Designed for entry-level project managers or those switching careers
  • Focuses on core project management principles based on PMBOK® guide

Atlassian Certified Jira Project Administrator

  • cost: $150–$300
  • Duration: ~1 week
