Vana builder-registration CLI

Register a builder app directly with the Data Portability RPC. The script is self-contained: it generates the builder EOA, derives its public key, creates the required EIP-712 signature, and calls POST /v1/builders.

It defaults to Vana mainnet, but will not submit a mainnet registration unless you explicitly add --confirm-mainnet.

Requires Node.js 20+.
