Two parts. **Principles** are invariants — they hold for any system in any
language and answer *why*. **Practices** are how they land in this Angular stack
and answer *what to do*; each cites the principle it incarnates. The principles
govern only the system's internal structure and its contract with what it cannot
control — untrusted input, failure, and whether it works; see *Exclusions*.
