We use Contentful as our CMS. A good chunk of our migration was spent just creating tools to migrate content out of Webflow. 😅
We also use Tailwind, Cloudflare Pages, React (when we need it, easy to selectively opt in with Astro Islands!), and Pagefind to statically power search.

Plain Language Law is a site that creates plain language translations of New Zealand legislation. We've processed over 100 government acts and created a valuable resource for NZ citizens and international visitors to understand the rules that govern our country.
A pretty significant rebuild from Jekyll - 40,000 HTML pages with large front matter, along with pagination, search, and navigation. Astro allowed us to replace several Jekyll plugins, and reduce our build time from over 40 minutes to just under 15 minutes, including SASS compilation and PostCSS processing.
Before settling on Astro, we trialled Bridgetown, Next.js, 11ty, and Hugo.

The Astro app uses my internal API as a content layer, and I have a script I run with bun that creates a stylesheet based on the colour configured on the API for each site, sorts out DNS, vercel project setup, build and deploy etc - so it's fully automated.
Apart from the search, it's all built to static. Search is using fuse.js on top of the Content Collection.
