DTR Memo
Project: 2DoBox
Group Member Names: Ben Porter & David Ryan
Project Expectations: What does each group member hope to get out of this project?
Goals and expectations: Solidifying our understanding of the material through exposure to another codebase. Utilizing kanban boarding to organize the project and distribute workload as well as enhance the ability to work remotely.
Team strengths: Both strong logic skills with some previous familiarity of programming. Strong communication. Willingness to adapt.
How to overcome obstacles: Try to work through it but don't hesitate to get another set of eyes on the problem.
Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?): Sunday on Pearl St and after class everyday. Ideally though the kanban board should make this almost irrelevant
Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?): When ever you want really. Within reason of course.
Abilities Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement): As the project states. Practicing refactoring is huge. Seeing a different way of solving the problem.
Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?): We tackle refactor together. Ensure we are working from the same codebase moving forward. Then just grab what you can and reflect it in waffle.io.
Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests): Waffle kanban
Expectations for giving and receiving feedback: Honesty
Agenda to discuss project launch: Setting up Waffle
Ideas: Kanban to the rescue
Tools: Did someone say Kanban?
Additional Notes: Wooo Kanban!!!!!
