Hello everyone, has anyone tested this on iOS version 17 with watchOS 10 version? And does anyone know of a free alternative to iMazing, because the "restore" option is not allowed in the free version?

I got the ecg working on these versions with the registered version of iMazing on win. But SpO2 still is not activated

What did you use for that purpose? iMazing?
