These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of the detoxAI Discord bot, a service provided by HedgeStudio ("we" or "us"). By using the bot, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Purpose: The bot is designed to detect toxic messages or discussions on a server using AI.
Permissions: You grant the bot the necessary permissions to function, including the ability to view channels and send messages in your chosen channel.
Restrictions: You agree not to use the bot for any illegal or harmful purposes, including spamming, harassment, or spreading misinformation.
Collection: The bot only collects the channel IDs of where you wish scan messages for toxicity and/or receive log messages.
Storage: Channel IDs are stored securely for the purpose of delivering log messages.
Deletion: Kicking the bot from the server will also delete your stored channel IDs.
Channel ID: The only information we collect is the channel ID where you want scan messages for toxicity and receive log messages.
Messages: Messages sent in whitelisted channels
Collected data is used for:
- Toxicity detection
- Immediate deletion after analysis
Safeguards: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
