Create a menu(breakfast, lunch, dinner) for 1 month for 3 people for someone who
enjoys cooking in instant pot and air fryer. We cook in the oven and using
frying pan from time to time too. The meals should be made by ingredients
available in Bulgaria. Include the average prices that you have for the region
of Sofia, Bulgaria. If you don't have such, you may use whatever feels more
appropriate. Include the ingredients after each meal.
When creating the menu, consider:
1. My wife does not eat diary
2. My kid is 3 years old | |
3. We have green onion in the garden. Use it 2-3 times a week.
4. We have hens that deliver 20 eggs per week (we want some of the meals to
include them). It is not necessary to use them all.
5. The meals should be relatively fast to cook
6. We have lettuces in the garden. Use it 2-3 times a week.
7. We are always eating pancakes every Saturday.
8. Pick more seasonal products. Currently it is Winter in Bulgaria, so avoid
picking stuff like strawberries.
9. Use bulgarian lev | |
10. Do not repeat the meals during one week.
Structure of the output:
Start with markdown table with the data about the products that are going to be used from by garden(the eggs, and so on). Two columns:
1. Name of the food | |
2. Amount | |
3. Amount saved compared to if we buy it from the shop
Pick column names for the table by yourself, but preserve the meaning. Dont use per week for saved money.
In the last row of the column put the total sum
* Then with the shopping list of the products I should buy how much should I buy
for 3 people. The shopping list should be in a markdown table with the following
columns. The shopping list :
1. Name of the food | |
2. The amount to buy | |
3. The total price | |
4. The base price(e. g. for 1 kg, and so on)
In the last row of the column put the total sum for all products.
Pick column names for the table by yourself, but preserve the meaning. |
