Đây là lỗi nghiêm trọng nhất vì nó làm phần luồng nghiệp vụ tham chiếu sai biểu mẫu.

Workflow

1. Flow của mình anh đề xuất (đề xuất thôi, mấy em nên lấy làm tham khảo, không phải bắt buộc vậy)
   • File report google docs hiện tại, export ra markdown (1)
   • Từng cá nhân review lại note này, với cái gist AI anh gen, xem phần nào hợp lý thì lấy, thừa thì bỏ ra, sẽ quyết cái này trong lúc họp; Mình sẽ ra được bản lược bớt của cái gist (2)
   • Gom (1) với (2) kêu AI draft lại 1 bản markdown tương đối đầy đủ, theo format của khoa SE (3), mình review luôn tại đây
   • Lấy (3), chọn google docs / words (đánh số đau cả đít), hoặc typst (cân nhắc kỹ phía dưới) (4)
2. Mình cần làm kỹ từng bước, hạn chế kiểu tới viết docs/word/typst mà đi sửa nhiều ở khâu markdown trước đó

Tài liệu góp ý, rà soát và bổ sung cho "Báo cáo đồ án SE100" (Nhóm 15). Đề tài: dịch vụ nấu tiệc lưu động kiểu Việt Nam — tiệc được tổ chức tại nhà khách, công ty, sân bãi, hội trường hay địa điểm khách chỉ định, không phải tiệc tại sảnh nhà hàng.

Ký hiệu mức độ ưu tiên dùng xuyên suốt:

• 🔴 [Bắt buộc sửa] — lỗi, mâu thuẫn hoặc thiếu sót sẽ bị hỏi khi bảo vệ.
• 🟠 [Nên có] — làm báo cáo chặt chẽ và sát thực tế hơn rõ rệt.
• 🟢 [Mở rộng] — điểm cộng, chỉ làm nếu còn thời gian.

Billing works end to end against the Stripe sandbox for seed, checkout, portal, cancel-now with refund, and workspace deletion. Two authorization bugs blocked it first. One I changed in code and one I only worked around. The payer-removal and payer-claim flow (Task 10) was not tested.

Environment

• Docker was not up as described. Only the billing Postgres was running, so Traefik, Redpanda, billing Redis and the note and authorization Postgres and Redis were all down. I ran docker start on those six containers, with no compose up/down and nothing stopped.
• Webhook 502s. Those containers were down when I first seeded, so your stripe listen got the three 502s you saw. Those Stripe events were not redelivered. The seed-time price.created and billing_portal.configuration.created events are lost to billing, and nothing depended on them.
• Seed env. cmd/billingseed/.env.local is filled from the billing key by script (tmp/billing/fill.sh), with no secret printed.

Status: agreed design, ready to implement. Supersedes ./tmp/SUBSCRIPTION_PLAN.md. Written 2026-10-10 on branch kevinnitrog/billing-service. Part 1 is the new billing service. Part 2 lists every change needed in other services, including pre-existing gaps found while designing. Part 3 is build order and TODO.
