IntelliJ insert current date live template

1. Go to Settings -> Editor -> Live Tempalates
2. Click on "+" icon
3. Name the abbreviation date
4. Add description: Insert current date using RFC 8601
5. Write following template text: $date$
6. Edit variable and write date and the following expression: date("yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSZ")
