Ghostty TouchId

Copy Touch-ID template config into PAM settings directory:

sudo cp /etc/pam.d/sudo_local.template /etc/pam.d/sudo_local

Edit this config using nano (or you preferred editor):

sudo nano /etc/pam.d/sudo_local

Uncomment only one config line: before: # auth sufficient pam_tid.so after, should be without #: auth sufficient pam_tid.so

Then save it.

Turn OFF macos-auto-secure-input feature in your config or click on Ghostty icon in menu -> and uncheck the box Secure Keyboard Entry.
Reload Ghostty app and enjoy it! You can test via sudo echo "123!"
