Easy instructions to get QEMU/KVM and virt-manager up and running on Arch

Make sure your cpu support kvm with below command:

 grep -E "(vmx|svm)" --color=always /proc/cpuinfo

Create a template service file at /etc/systemd/system/[email protected]. The template parameter will correspond to the name of target host:

[Unit]
Description=Setup a secure tunnel to %I
After=network.target

As configured in my dotfiles.

start new:

tmux

start new with session name:
